Cancellation & Refund PolicyWe understand that plans can change. Please review our refund policy below:
- Full Refund Deadline: Cancellations submitted at least 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund, less processing fees.
- Partial Refund Deadline: Cancellations received between 30 days and 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund, less processing fees.
- No Refunds Deadline: Within 14 days of the event, cancellations are not eligible for a refund due to financial commitments with vendors.
- Credit Card Fees: All refunds are subject to the deduction of non-refundable processing fees.
